New Semester Checklist and Orientation

All new and returning GenEdWeb students should complete an online orientation before the first day of class on Tuesday, September 4.

The entire checklist and orientation takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Link to your online course materials through My GenEdWeb

  1. Visit the GenEdWeb portal page
  2. Complete these directions to "Make GenEdWeb your My U home page"
  3. Click the "Sign-in" link at the top of the portal browser window to visit the GenEdWeb portal page and access your online course materials.

My GenEdWeb is part of your customizable home page for UMM where you can:

  • link to online courses
  • manage your student account
  • check your e-mail
  • chat with friends in UMChat (Jabber)
  • join and start discussion groups
  • update your personal calendar
  • read news from around the world
  • and more ...
